| Specific considerations for this assignment, if any, are discussed here: |  | | | A consulting firm will be selected following Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS – 90:10) method in accordance with
ADB’s Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers for Goods,
Works, Non-consulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time).
Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. The
consulting firms may associate with other international and national firms to enhance their qualifications.
The Consultant EOI shall demonstrate technical competence and geographical experience based on project references as
well as management competence. Please select most relevant projects to demonstrate the firm’s technical qualifications
and geographical experience (maximum 10 projects). The Consultant describes standard policies, procedures, and
practices that your entity has to assure quality interaction with clients and outputs. Please state if your company is
ISO certified.
It is expected that the consultancy assignment will be 84 months (7 years). The consultancy service is expected to
start from the first quarter of 2022. The consultancy contract will be time-based.

from 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday). The NPC would try to provide expeditiously the additional information requested
but any delay in providing with such additional information may not be considered as a reason for extending the
deadline for submission of EOI.
