Individuals who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of the assignment but do not hold the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants.
"Note on Eligibility: This selection is being conducted under ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by Asian Development Bank and Its Borrowers (2013, as amended from time to time). To be eligible for selection, applicant firms must be from a country that is a member of the Asian Development Bank. However, individual experts working under the selected firm may be from any country, irrespective of country of origin."
