In general, ADB consulting contracts may be extended to a reasonable degree when doing so is justified within ADB's core 
procurement principles. Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of 
funds.

Possible contract extension maybe considered due to possible delays due to COVID-19. Any increase in contract amount 
will be agreed with ADB based on any change in scope, additional requirements and is subject to the consultant's 
performance and available budget.

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the commencement and completion dates and other implementation arrangements  
for this consulting assignment are to be considered as indicative only. The final dates and implementation  
arrangements will be agreed with the first-ranked candidate at contract negotiations taking into 
consideration the prevailing situation in relation to COVID-19 at that time.
