In general, ADB consulting contracts may be extended to a reasonable degree when doing so is justified within ADB's core 
procurement principles. Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of 
funds.

The assignment may be extended up to the expected completion of the technical assistance project subject to 
satisfactory performance of the consultant, availability of funds, and requirements of developing member countries.

Individuals of ADB member countries who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of the assignment but 
do not hold the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants.

For this assignment, ADB will pay a fixed rate of $220 per working day for the duration of the assignment. This rate 
shall be strictly non-negotiable and ADB may immediately terminate negotiations with any consultant who is not prepared 
to accept this rate.
