Individuals who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of the assignment but do not hold the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants.
The focus of the city action plans will be confirmed on the basis of city priorities and may address a range of issues: sustainable tourism action plans; smart systems action plans; green city action plan; transit-oriented action plan; localizing Sustainable Development Goals action plan; low-carbon urban transformation action plan; inclusiveness action plan; and competitive city action plans. The final city selection will be from Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Lao PDR, Nepal, Pakistan and the Philippines.
