TA-9570 PHI: Railway Project Implementation Support and Institutional Strengthening - National Environmental Safeguards Specialist (Noise and Vibrations) - National Environmental Safeguards Specialist (Noise and Vibrations) (52083-006)

In general, ADB consulting contracts may be extended to a reasonable degree when doing so is justified within ADB's core 
procurement principles. Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of 
funds.

Extension of the assignments may be necessary to continue supporting the project team and/or EA. 

Extensions, if any, will (i) be subject to TA 9570-PHI's implementation schedule and (ii) have no significant deviation 
from the tasks and deliverables detailed in this TOR.

Philippines

Individuals of ADB member countries who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of the assignment but 
do not hold the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants.
