TA-9336 PHI: Strengthening Infrastructure Capacity and Innovation for Inclusive Growth - Organizational Planning Consultant to Support the Establishment of the EDSA Greenways Project and Davao Public Transport Modernization Project Management Offices (50288-002)

In general, ADB consulting contracts may be extended to a reasonable degree when doing so is justified within ADB's core 
procurement principles. Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of 
funds.

Contract extension may be necessary as activities may be delayed due to the coming National Elections and change 
leadership in  Philippine national government agencies.
