Individuals of ADB member countries who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of the assignment but do not hold the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants.
At least a Master’s degree on a related degree, with specialization and/or experience on information systems and technology (specifically in Sri Lanka or similar contexts). Previous experience with Asian Development Bank (ADB) or World Bank financed project is preferred. Health background, an advantage.
